RESPONSIBILITIES: Able to provide an excellent customer service, CRM focus, client book and after sales processes. Drive personal KPIs and increase sales opportunities. Being UpToDate with collections, deep knowledge of products, proactive and constructive attitude. Able to maintain company standards at all times: supporting VM, stockroom activities and cash desk. REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years' experience in premium or luxury fashion environment. Able to identify business trends, hands on approach and proactive attitude. Good experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients. Exceptional communication skills, energetic, responsible, autonomous character and a great team player. Russian and English language required. OFFERING: Basic Salary up to €25K. Great commission scheme. Fixed term contract 1 year.
