What you'll be doing Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting customers, understanding their needs, and making personalized fragrance recommendations. Drive sales through product advice and engaging demonstrations. Maintain accurate inventory records, regularly checking stock levels and placing orders to keep the boutique well-stocked. Assist in creating and updating attractive product displays and window arrangements to enhance the store's appeal. Process transactions accurately, ensuring proper handling of payments, returns, and gift wrapping. Stay informed about the latest trends, ingredients, and fragrances in the beauty industry, as well as the unique qualities of our brand's products. Ensure the boutique remains clean, tidy, and inviting This is you You have experience in direct sales, ideally in luxury retail or perfumery, and you resonate with the following:
