Sales Associate - Piano Nobile

We are looking for a Sales Associate with a strong affinity to the luxury sector in our renewed Buccellati boutique in Milan, via Montenapoleone. This is an exciting opportunity since, due to the expansion of the boutique, the resource would be the main referent for our exclusive Heritage and Vintage collections.
How will you make an impact?Being immaculately groomed and ready to greet clients warmly and with kindness, poised to embark on a personalized journey in the history of the Maison.As a front-line representative of our high jewelry Maison, you will be responsible for maximizing the sales on Heritage and Vintage collections and be accountable for ensuring each client receives an exceptional experience in line with our Buccellati values.You will act as a role model, constantly nurture relationships with clients to generate sales leads while building sincere and durable relationships.Be responsible for processing cash and card payments, balancing cash registers with receipts.How will you experience success with us?Fluent in Italian and English.Previous experience in the luxury retail industry in a sales function.Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics, with a deep passion for Arts.Able to represent the Buccellati Maison at all times.Excellent communication and storytelling skills.Result and action oriented with a strong drive for KPIs.Team player with good interpersonal competences and empathy.Strong attention to details, able to adapt to a fast and slow work environment.Your journey with us:We aim to provide a valuable recruitment process, allowing you to gain exposure to some key decision makers and influencing individuals.
