The Position Reporting directly to the store management team, the Sales Associate will be responsible for being a Brand Ambassador, accompanying and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process.
Manage the relationship with an international customer base, providing details about PVH Italia's product and valuesUse effective sales techniques so as to achieve set goalsPromote the corporate culture and image by becoming a Brand AmbassadorContribute to creating a professional and motivating work climateAssist in the constant maintenance of Visual Merchandising standardsCheck stock on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary to ensure that the full range of products and sizes are presentThe Ideal Candidate Previous experience in the role in retail settingsDynamism and strong operational and organizational skillsExcellent standing and polished presenceExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsWillingness to work shifts, especially on weekendsBe valued.
