Sales Associate - Fixed Term Contract

ROSSIGNOL Group is looking for 2 Sales Associate specialized in renting for our rental shop based in Cervinia, Italy - Fixed term contract from November 2023 to April 2024.

Description Of The WorkAs a Sales Assistant, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.
The Sales Associate will:
Build relationship with customers and maximize sales opportunity;Achieve individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of store objectives;Strive to always increase brand and product knowledge;Ensure superlative customer service standards, in order to meet customer expectations;Deliver the ultimate brand experience to increase customer loyalty;Proactively take possible actions to maintain a long term relationship with customers;Ensure the stock and the backroom are effectively managed and operational duties are met.ProfileFluency in Italian and in English. Other languages are considered a plus.Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.Strong team player.
