Sales Associate (Chinese Speaker)

How will you make an impact?Strive to achieve boutique and personal sales targets with active participation in the daily sales process.
Develop sales initiatives including high price item sales activities.
Greet, serve, and advise clients, giving the best service possible at all times while introducing additional and alternative sales, giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
Be responsible for processing cash and card payments, balancing cash registers with receipts.
Receive and store the delivery of large amounts of stock.
Stock shelves with merchandise.
How will you experience success with us?Fluent in Italian, English, and Chinese.
Previous experience in the luxury retail industry in a sales function will be considered a plus.
Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Result and action-oriented with strong selling skills.
Team player with good interpersonal competencies and empathy.
Curious and self-motivated, with an excellent customer service mindset.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
