- Strive to achieve boutique and personal sales targets with active participation in the daily sales process - Develop sales initiatives incl.
high price item sales activities - Greet, serve and advise clients, giving the best service possible at all times while introducing additional and alternative sales, giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers - Be responsible for processing cash and card payments, balancing cash registers with receipts - Receive and store the delivery of large amounts of stock - Stock shelves with merchandise HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Fluent in Italian,English - Previous experience in the luxury retail industry in a sales function will be considered a plus - Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics - Excellent communication and storytelling skills - Result and action oriented with strong selling skills - Team player with good interpersonal competences and empathy - Curious and self-motivated, with excellent customer service mindset - Strong attention to details with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously WHAT MAKES OUR GROUP DIFFERENT?
