In the past nine years, AQUAZZURA has become available in over 58 countries within the top retailers of the world with boutiques in Florence, London, New York, Miami, Doha, Dubai, Milan, São Paulo, Capri Aquazzura is looking for a Sales Associate, for the next season 2025, who will be responsible to provide a personalized customer experience, build strong customer relationships, and meet and exceed sales targets.
Client and Business oriented Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand; Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients to satisfy their needs; Build up a loyal Clientele; Demonstrate an active role on the selling floor; Product knowledge and sensitive to competitor's trading activities.
Operations: Working within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company; Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, improving and developing the business; Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, etc.
); Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor; Involved in the Stock and Inventory; Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor; Maintain merchandising standards.
Minimum 2 years sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts.
Dynamic, friendly and engaging personality; Must be customer-oriented; Action and Sales oriented; Excellent customer and service attitude; Strong communication skills; Luxury product knowledge; Fluent in Italian and English, other languages are a plus.
