Zimmermann has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant/Runner to join our team in Venice boutique for a fixed term full-time (40h) contract (CDD - from May to end of October).
The successful candidate must have sales experience (essential), amazing client service skills, the ability to achieve results, impeccable attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
Previous experience in luxury fashion is essential.

Main Responsibilities: Assist the stock manager with daily tasks (receiving goods, organizing, transferring, and participating in customer appointments).Help the team with the organization of the store.Support the sales team (steaming, organizing).The successful candidate will also possess: Previous sales experience in luxury designer fashionExcellent client service skills and a passion for exceeding client expectationsA professional, welcoming character and presentationHigh attention to detailKnowledge of luxury fashionExcellent organisational skills and problem-solving abilityAbility to build ongoing rapport with clienteleAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA calmness to work under pressureThis is an opportunity for applicants who strive for excellence in their field.
