Sales Assistant- Pieve Aldina

We are looking for our Sales Assistant on a 12-month fixed-term contract !
Objectives:
– Compile and prepare various sales reports, supporting the sales team with daily, weekly, and monthly data analysis and tracking
– Provide general administrative support to the Sales Office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
– Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication via phone and email to address inquiries and requests promptly
– Actively participate in sales meetings, contributing to discussions and follow-up actions
– Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing with any special projects or tasks as assigned, ensuring timely and accurate execution

Qualifications

Requirements:
– Hotel management school diploma or master's degree in hospitality or another relevant degree
– Excellent knowledge of the hotel industry, ideally with prior experience in a hotel chain
– Excellent command of English, italian; knowledge of French is a preferred asset
