To reinforce our Commercial team we are looking for a Sales Assistant Health Care.Mission and Key TasksYou are responsible for an optimal support of the full range of commercial activity in the sales office.
You will support the key account and product management in a self-organized and proactive way.
As Sales Assistant Health Care you will analyze and distribute all information needed by customers or internal parties and help win new business and maintain and grow existing customers.
The role encompasses a wide range of administrative and support tasks critical to the sales process.
This includes maintaining customer records, organizing product launches, managing the product life cycle, and ensuring smooth communication and coordination across various departments.
Main Tasks and responsibilities: Being one of the first contacts of our customers/representing Ontex towards our customers; Interface between plants in several (cross) European countries and the customer Preparation of offers and profit runs Analysis of various sales developments Support of design development process Link to Customer Service (Orders, Deliveries, Invoicing, …) Maintenance of master data Handling of complaints regarding price or logistical issues Preparation of product profiles Business correspondence Handling of end consumer requests Filing of customer information and correspondence Processing of incoming and outgoing mail Support of KAM or PM during projects Background and Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a branded and private label environment.
Accurate, efficient, rigorous, and well-organized.
Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
Strong IT skills, including MS Office tools (especially Excel) and SAP.
Autonomous with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoys solving problems.
Process-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Team player with a hands-on approach.
