Sales Assistant - Hamleys Pompei

Our client is Giochi Preziosi, leader firm in the Toy industry in Italy. ì For new store openings in the shopping center of Maximall Pompei - Torre Annunziata (NA), we are looking for HELPERS/SALES ASSISTANT,  reporting to the Store Manager.  General purpose of the role GPH Helpers/Sales Assistants will deliver the GPH service strategy every day while participating in all key store activities and operations.   Responsabilità Key Responsabilities: - Provide award-winning customer service by following the GPH customer service strategy. - Communicate with the management team regarding any operational challenges encountered. - Actively acknowledge and approach all customers with the objective of making a sale. - Deliver a professional, informed description and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of your product. - Gain product knowledge expertise within all product groups in the store and share this with the team. - Use every opportunity to offer additional items or alternatives to the sale. - Aim to exceed all targets, objectives set, and key performance indicators. - Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping to enhance the GPH experience. - Implement sales promotions and price changes as directed by management. - Provide a safe environment by following health & safety guidelines and being aware of the security on the floor.
