Functieomschrijving Our client is Giochi Preziosi, leader firm in the Toy industry in Italy.
ì For new store openings in the shopping center of Maximall Pompei - Torre Annunziata (NA), we are looking for HELPERS/SALES ASSISTANT, reporting to the Store Manager.
General purpose of the role GPH Helpers/Sales Assistants will deliver the GPH service strategy every day while participating in all key store activities and operations.
Responsabilit Key Responsabilities: Provide award-winning customer service by following the GPH customer service strategy.
Communicate with the management team regarding any operational challenges encountered.
Actively acknowledge and approach all customers with the objective of making a sale.
Deliver a professional, informed description and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of your product.
Gain product knowledge expertise within all product groups in the store and share this with the team.
Use every opportunity to offer additional items or alternatives to the sale.
Aim to exceed all targets, objectives set, and key performance indicators.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping to enhance the GPH experience.
Implement sales promotions and price changes as directed by management.
Provide a safe environment by following health &, safety guidelines and being aware of the security on the floor.
Functie-eisen Requirements: Self-confident with a fun and friendly disposition.
Enjoys working with children and relishes the challenges that this may present.
Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized and able to prioritize workload.
Able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
Ability to be a team player but also work independently when required.
