What will your day to day be like?Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing a unique and personalized shopping experience to our clients, sharing our values, brand, philosophy and advising on our collections.In accordance with PDPAOLA's values, you must provide premium and exceptional service to our customers, as well as provide them with a unique 360º shopping and branding experience, since they are our greatest treasure.Follow-up and loyalty through telephone or written contact, inviting our customers to return to the store.Identify and analyze points of improvement throughout the customer experience process and give feedback to the Store Manager.Support in Visual Merchandising tasks to maintain the premium environment of the store.Support in the daily tasks of organization, product order replenishment and inventory control.Report on purchasing trends and customer needs to the Store Manager to be able to report it to PDPAOLA Product Team.Participation and support in the preparation of the events that take place in the store.Ensure the fulfillment of your individual objectives.Why should you join our team?We are a growing international brand where you can develop your professional career and contribute all your potential.We define ourselves as non-conformists by nature, we encourage continuous improvement and the contribution of different ideas and opinions.
