WE APPRECIATE FROM OUR COLLABORATORS:
Minimum one month's experience working in sales or another customer-focused industry (deli, etc.).
Knowledge of retail KPIs and tools to interpret them in order to promote sales.
Effective customer service and sales skills.
Ability to work in a team, resilience, desire to learn and curiosity, good communication skills.
YOUR ACTIVITIES:
Be a Brand Ambassador by engaging and inspiring our customers in line with our adidas values.
Work collaboratively and increase sales by supporting merchandise management activities (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team and achieve store goals.
Be accountable for your learning by completing all available training courses and effectively applying the knowledge you learn in-store.
