In this vital role, you will support our sales efforts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for our guests while driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities: Assist in managing the sales process, from lead generation to booking, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about our hotel and services.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Maintain accurate and organized records of bookings, contracts, and client interactions.
Support the planning and execution of events and group bookings, ensuring all client needs are met.
Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote the hotel and attract new business.
Requirements: Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
