Who We're Looking For For our Kappa Outlet store in Mondovì (Mondovicino Outlet Village), we are looking for one experienced Sales Assistant. As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness, and completeness of the range. You will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness, and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.
Key Responsibilities Supporting the customer in the sale;Maintaining, managing, and handling merchandise on display;Replenishing stock to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department;Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store;Managing fitting rooms following company guidelines;Managing cashier operations.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required At least 2 years of previous experience as Sales Assistant in established retail reality (fashion or footwear field);Excellent knowledge of the English language (any other languages will be considered a plus);Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility in schedule.Initial placement with a fixed-term contract, with concrete possibilities of transformation into a permanent one and opportunities for internal growth.
