**Main Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement**: Welcome customers to the showroom, provide detailed product information, and assist them in choosing home appliances and air conditioning systems that suit their needs.
- **Sales Performance**: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through direct sales, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
- **E-commerce Sales**: Manage online inquiries and transactions, ensuring efficient coordination between the showroom and e-commerce platforms.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest industry news and trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Create and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team, country manager, and other departments to ensure good showroom management and provide an excellent customer experience.
- **Showroom Maintenance**: Ensure the showroom is tidy, well-organized, and that products are properly displayed.
- **Post-Sales Support**: Provide after-sales assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any complaints.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: At least 3 years of experience in direct sales.
Experience in the home appliance or air conditioning sector will be considered a strong advantage.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills in Italian; knowledge of English is a plus.
- **Goal Orientation**: Proven experience in achieving sales targets.
- **Collaboration**: Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
- **Presentability**: Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- **Customer Service**: Passion for providing excellent customer service.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM, and billing and sales software.
- **Location**: Residence in Milan or nearby areas, with availability to reach the showroom daily.
