Sales Assistant

Welcome and engage in conversation with customers, help them as needed and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Oversee the arrangement of window displays, shelves, and counters on a store floor.
Manage point-of-sale processes, such as discounts, price changes, and customer returns accordingly. Operate the cash register and process sales transactions.
Monitor stock levels to facilitate restocking and replenishment of emptying shelves.
Maintain an up-to-date customer database by entering customer profile details.
Ensure compliance with established store policies and guidelines.
Establish appropriate security measures to reduce the risk of theft or shoplifting.
Collect cash and handle credit card transactions to process payments for purchases.
Provide solutions to address and resolve client issues or challenges.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of store products to provide suitable recommendations to customers as needed.
Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure that the cashpoint, sales floor, and storeroom are well-maintained.
Answer telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Unload and unpack store deliveries as well as attach price tags to all store products.
Actively manage peer and partner relationships in the local marketplace.
Support all stock operations and merchandise flow for omnichannel activities.
RequirementsProven working experience in retail sales.Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.Proficiency in English.Track record of over-achieving sales quota.Solid communication and interpersonal skills.Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.Basic administration skills.Must be attentive to customers' needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction.Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible, and meet deadlines.Basic computer skills.Ability to manage schedules and inventory.Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
