Greentalent is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market.
On behalf of a leading Equipment Manufacturer, we are looking for a:Sales Area Manager - FranceThe ideal candidate has a relevant experience in selling equipment or customized technical solutions within markets characterized by high complexity, such as the industrial or energy ones.
He/she is comfortable with a consultative sales approach and speaks fluent French.For the assigned area, the candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth in line with the company's strategic goals.Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the market share in the assigned area;Engage in consultative selling, understanding client needs and offering tailored machinery solutions;Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business;Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of potential clients;Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering and product development, to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully;Negotiate contracts and close deals, balancing company goals with client satisfaction;Stay updated on market trends, competition, and regulatory changes.Requirements:Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field;Fluency in French is a must, both written and spoken;Proven experience in sales, specifically in selling machinery or technical solutions;Strong background in consultative selling, with the ability to understand complex client needs and offer tailored solutions;Excellent negotiation and communication skills;Ability to work autonomously and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing;Familiarity with the French market and regulatory landscape is highly desirable;Willingness to travel within France as needed.Location: North-Italy.
