Job Description The successful candidate will have territory responsibility in Europe by managing our existing dealer network and looking for new business opportunities. This position reports directly to the Business Line Manager of Professional Air, but also refers to the Business Line Manager of Compressor Technique Service when it comes to sales related to aftermarket products.
Responsibilities Achieve ambitious sales targets in the area under your responsibilityProspect, appoint, and develop new dealers to increase market coverageMaintain regular contact and further develop existing dealersMaintain a solid pipeline of prospect dealersReport regularly your business performance and activity planKeep the ownership of all commercial communications to the customers in the area under your responsibilityDefine prices to customers aiming to the highest profitability, securing growth of the revenuesMonitor and report the development of the market and the activities of competitionBe responsible for the implementation of the actions defined by the marketing departmentMaintain a strong relationship with the dealers, visiting them regularlyExperience Requirements Sales experience related to technical productsKnow-how about industrial environmentSolid experience in managing distributor channels and developing long term relationsExperience in sales territory managementExperience in developing new channels and marketsExperience in compressed air technology or related products will be an assetKnowledge Fluent in English (other languages will be a plus)Strong IT skills, very good knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point and OutlookDriving LicenseEducational Requirements Technical degree or equivalent experience in working life
