We are recruiting a **SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER **to join our Italian team.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The sales and marketing manager is responsible for leading sales and marketing activities of the company.
He/She tracks market developments, creates strategies, set up sales plans, and maintain customer relations.
The sales and marketing manager's job responsibilities include developing and researching marketing opportunities and sales strategies.
You will be responsible to:
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
- Conducting market research on rival products.
- Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
- Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
- Working with the team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
- Maintaining client relations.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
- Permanent, full-time position to be filled as soon as possible
- Workplace: Bologna, Italia
**PROFILE**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
- Knowledge of genetics is a strong plus
- Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
- High-level communication and networking skills.

- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
- Good project management skills.
