**Job Description Summary**: The Sales and Business Operations intern will support the Sales and Business Operations Team to manage a set of business activities and process, including managing sales and business operations data and analytics, analyzing and evaluating operational performance metrics and resources, evaluating the general health of the sales process.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Consolidate and provide regular Sales and Operations Report
- Support Process and Tools Initiatives
- Track and analyse key metrics - pipeline growth, participation
- Understand regional market dynamics, act as key link between markets, sales and internal risk assessment
- Reporting and analysis for the Sales and Marketing departments, including executive reporting of sales and marketing results, key metrics and KPIs, campaign tracking and analysis and ad hoc strategic analysis
- Implement and manage reports and dashboards in the CRM tool
- Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and external intelligence essential for the sales organization.
**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Master's Degree in Engineering Management or equivalent knowledge or experience
- English fluency
- Affinity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- EU work permit
- Strong clear thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player with experience in multicultural and fast-paced team work
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, hardworking and able to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated interest in Energy markets
