With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - MOBILITY
ambitious, passionate about Mobility Area (automotive and transportation) innovation and challenges. He/She will actively participate in sales and business development of all the services offered in Mobility (design, workpackages, coachbuilding). Working closely with the Sales & Marketing manager, the candidate will be involved in:
Market analysis, competitor's analysis, business intelligence and benchmarking leading to the identification of new business opportunities. Creating the new business development pipeline providing an accurate and timely reporting of all new project opportunities to the Mobility Director. Supporting in building and managing commercial relationships with both existing and prospective Clients across the full range of services; quality-lead generation and new business development. Supporting in drafting detailed work plans & commercial offers. Supporting in negotiation and closing the general T&C. Supporting in fostering relationships with executive decision makers at Client level. Helping Clients navigate the comprehensive challenges involved in innovation within complex organizations and markets. Being autonomous to liaise with the R&D and Design Teams to develop comprehensive quotations and to identify the best offering strategy applied to the Clients' need. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Economic, Business Administration or Management Engineering. 10 years of work experience in a commercial area in high value-added services. Excellent organizational skills and/or project management acquisition background. Result-oriented. Willing to travel, including international trips. Excellent in English. A second foreign language is required. Passion for cars. Previous experience in an automotive company, preferably B2B. Brilliant personality with strong communication, customer relationship and networking skills. Problem-solving and Team Player. Marketing, commercial and financial skills. Passion for innovation, design, strategic thinking, new technologies and new media. Technical sales and presentation skills. We offer:
