**Here's What You Will Get Up To**:
- Understands commercial processes and how those translate to system functionality.
- Assists in prioritizing requirements from a business and end user perspective.
- Ownership and accountability for system availability and data integrity
- Researches and resolves problems.
- Develop relationships with key business user groups (i.e. Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain)
- End Users support for Promax system enquiries and requests for assistance.
- Support of critical monthly/quarterly/annual business processes
- Support the Commercial Team with other projects.
Are You Ready to Show Us What You've Got?
**Here's What We Are Looking For**:
- Experience in analytical department (Sales, Marketing or Finance) in FMCG or similar environment is desirable.
- MS Office (EXCEL, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Word)
- Very good English (written and spoken) needed, Spanish would be an asset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivated and ability to respond quickly and adapt to changes in priorities driven by a dynamic marketplace.
- Strong desire to learn and create a positive impact on business outcomes.
- Strong analytical mindset - comfortable with large amounts of unstructured data, ability to quickly extract implications from data.
