Job DescriptionMaintain sales and orders database updated.
Produce sales reports and maintain sales records.
Share market information with the sales team and corporate functions.
Support for sales statistical analysis: articles, average prices, etc.
Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Communicate important feedback to sales manager and/or other internal departments.
Provide post-sale customer support.
Order Management and Pricing Management (price list upload and price analysis).
QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred.
1-2 years experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
Experience working with SAP.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
Experience in working with international teams preferred.
Proficient in a minimum of 2 languages; English and Italian are mandatory, French is considered a plus.
