About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Agent to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in finding new sales leads and achieving sales targets in Campania (Italy). You will provide appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

High School Diploma or Bachelor's/Master's Degree 2-3 years of experience in the role or in the sales field Fluent in Italian and good in English Branded companies from Consumer B2C industries or Hotel and Leisure industry (cruises companies, tour operators, yachting), global services or luxury goods or design and furniture, or high-end sport goods companies Consultative selling approach, direct sales, and negotiation skills CRM management knowledge and Lead management expertise General knowledge and use of digital devices and tools Wellness-oriented: sporty, passionate about a wellness lifestyle Confident and charismatic approach to people Excellent teamwork, Humility, and integrity Ideally passionate about working out, enthusiastic, and proactive #J-18808-Ljbffr
