Sales Advisor / Addetto/a Vendita - Full TimeJOB DESCRIPTION: You act as an ambassador of the brand by demonstrating impeccable presentation and behaviour, following A.P.C.'s selling ceremony and delivering outstanding customer service. You will be a dynamic team member looking to build strong relationships with clients in order to grow the business.
PROFILEWe are looking for an energetic, experienced Sales Advisor.
Sales:Ensure the achievement of individual and store goalsServe customers according to A.P.C.'s selling ceremonyDeliver exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening and assisting customers while exceeding their needs and expectationsDemonstrate excellent knowledge of the products as well as A.P.C.'s history and heritageGuarantee cross and up-selling for all product categoriesDevelop a loyal client following by building genuine relationships with customersEnsure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information (CRM) in order to retain actual customers and detect new high potential onesOperations:Contribute to manage the visual displays of the products in accordance with A.P.C.'s visual standardsEnsure store functional maintenance and appropriate levels of products on the sales floor, in line with Corporate policies and proceduresFollow A.P.C.'s grooming and uniforms guidelinesAdhere at all times to company policies and operating proceduresAssist in the management of all stocks control in the store and keeping shrinkage levels below targetMaintain a safe working environmentREQUIREMENTS:Customer-focusedKnowledgeableOrganisedResult-drivenTeam-orientedInterpersonal oral and written communication skillsStrong work ethicHigh energy levelAbility to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of timeAvailability to work closing shifts, weekends, annual inventory and holiday season
