What you'll be doing We are looking for the right individual to join our close-knit administration team.
Working within the Sales team spread out across Europe, Middle East Africa, you will be supporting them with duties such as pricing, lead time enquiries, order entry and back-office management.
The role will consist of primarily handling all spare parts and all products (compressors, dryers filters) queries among other general administrative tasks.
The right candidate will be able to work independently, show initiative and be proactive.
The right candidate should be robust and capable of handling a challenging environment.
Reviewing orders for accuracy – checking pricing, availability of parts, billing shipping address.
Order processing of spare parts / machines and complete product orders using SAP / SD ERP system.
Configuring machines based on specifications provided by product specialists.
Responding to quotes, lead time and general enquiries from existing and new customers.
Liaising with various technical departments across multiple sites worldwide for assistance based on technical enquiries received from distributors.
Notify customers on progress of orders and when ready to ship.
Verifying documents package when orders are ready to ship.
Investigating and resolving dispute resolutions (wrong part shipped, short shipment, damaged delivery).
Creating request of credit and debit memos.
Maintaining the spreadsheet files up to date.
General day to day administration (filing, answering telephone etc.).
What you bring to the team We're looking for a team player, who is motivated by delivering great work and the Hitachi vision.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and background: Excellent communicator team player.
Good SAP / Excel skills are mandatory (SAP Hana 4, module SD).
Fast learning ability.
Methodical and with organizational capacity.
Good management of stress and problem solving.
Understanding/experience in international shipping.
Bilingual in English language mandatory.
French or other languages are a plus.
