**Job Description**:
**What will you take care of?
**
You will join the Sales department Division to take part of activities sales, organizations and main customers collaborating:
**Help shaping the future**_: _**Coordinating the activities of Customer's orders and documentation related to the acquisition of a new project, also supporting customers in preparation of documentation (e.g.
issue customers orders and invoicing);
Coordinating the activities related to update of alloy price lists on internal management also with report to be sent to customers;
Cooperating with Logistics Department to develop business plan and forecast.
**Experience cooperation**_:_** Supporting of Sales Marketing and Project Management;
Supporting customers in the preparation of the documentation to issue customer orders and invoicing (you will also cooperating with Finance Department).
**Take on responsibility**_: _**Sales target analysis and achievement for sales force and customers, analyzing and summarizing sales trends;
Managing RFQ (Request for Quotation) receipt by the customer, documentation (RDP - Request for Quotation), offering, processing and sending offer to the Customer.
**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you?
**
**Education**:Degree in Economics or Marketing.
**Languages**:English (Level C1), Knowledge of German will be a plus.
**Experience and know-how**:At last 2-3 years as sales administration in similar context;
Excellent analytical and synthetic skills, good knowledge of Office Suite, in particular Excel.
Basic Knowledge of AS400 is required.
**Work style**:Good communication skills, customer orientation, problem solving, team working.
