Setting up new clients: payment, invoicing, ad-hoc transaction, etc.
? Management and follow-up of collections ? Processing cancellations ? Handling routine requests related to client administration • For all these tasks, you will collaborate with the sales and support teams, who are in direct contact with our clients.
• All your activities will cover the European scope of the group (France, Germany, UK, Italy, Spain) • You will have access to a modern IT environment and will use a suite of SAAS tools daily such as Slack, Odoo, Stripe, Hubspot, etc.
