Sales Line, headhunting & recruiting company, is selecting a Sales Account Manager for Festina Group, a multinational in the watchmaking sector.
Who are we looking for? Festina Group, an international Spanish group, holds a leading position in the watchmaking industry.
What is the role? We are looking for a Sales Account Manager who, reporting to the Sales Director, will be responsible for promoting and selling various proprietary brands and managing and developing the client portfolio in the Triveneto area.
Must have? At least 5 years of experience in sales in the Retail sector, a willingness to take on challenges, and strong determination.
What does the Sales Account Manager do? Manages and develops relationships with active clients (independent watch/jewelry stores), ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty; Promotes and encourages sell-in and sell-out by assisting clients in enhancing the visibility of various brands; Participates in the launch activities of digital products, promoting them within sales points; Understands and conveys the company's values; Conducts reporting activities, analyzing sell-in and sell-out data for clients and providing an overview of market trends. Ideal candidate The ideal candidate we are looking for has the following qualifications:
High school diploma; At least 5 years of experience in sales in the Retail sector; Empathy, determination, resilience, digital mindset; Willingness to travel. What we offer Permanent employment contract;
Company car for mixed use and incentives;
Stimulating and dynamic work environment in an international context.
Work location Triveneto area.
Travel time: 90%
