We daily shape our ideas and reach the communication goals throughout innovative solutions and contemporary languages.We design corporate communication strategies based on the perfect mix of creative content - 2D/3D visual, motion graphic animations, Immersive AR/VR experiences - so to make the experience memorable and effectively meet our clients' need.We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to support and contribute to our growth.You will be responsible for:Research customers, identify key decision makers, educate prospects, in order to push forward business opportunities and achieve visibility of the Agency.Develop Strategy for business growth throughout a consultative selling approach to increase sales.Build and deepen relationships with potential customers and the market by actively suggesting new collaboration and/or the participation to key communication events.Participation in fairs and events to present the Agency and strengthen/build relationship with main market players.Preparation of commercial offers in collaboration with the Account Department.Conducting business negotiations with customers.Preparation and approval of contracts in collaboration with the Administrative Department.Managing Internal CRM tools.About you:Mandatory: minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a Communication or Creative Agency.Mandatory: Fluency in English (C1 Level).Education Level: University Master's Degree (Communication, Marketing or Human Studies as preferred).Dynamic, self-motivated, competitive, and strong desire to succeed.A strong interest in Technology, communication Trends and art/design would be considered as a big advantage.Public speaking confidence (both in Italian and in English).Excellent use of MC Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Visio).Availability to travel in Italy and abroad.Working at MediacrossAs a member of Mediacross team, you will be part of a talented group of communication experts in a dynamic and stimulating company that values collaboration and innovation.
