We are looking for an Elevator & Escalator (E&E) Sales Account for our dynamic E&E Sales team based in Legnano (MI) and supporting EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of sales and will both follow existing clients and pursue new business opportunities.
The resource will be reporting to the E&E Sales Manager and will closely work with customer service team in Legnano and across the region.
Major responsibilities:
Promote and sell the organization's products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets;
Pursue sales leads, visit existing and new customers also abroad, assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services;
Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales;
Define and issue offers to clients and maintain updated pricelist;
Provide ongoing support to clients ensuring they receive high quality customer service;
Support customers providing product knowledge and develop knowledge of client's business;
Serve as a liaison between clients and company departments;
Informs clients of new products and services as they are introduced and recommend products and services that fit well with client's business needs;
Supporting post sales phase providing technical back-up as required in coordination with Customer Service team;
Point of reference for translating customer needs in new R&D projects and for advising Sales strategy accordingly;
Responsible for forecasting and budgeting for the assigned area of competence;
Responsible for keeping update of our customer portal for the relevant business.
Qualifications and Experience requested:
Education: University Degree in Economics or Engineering or equivalent relevant work experience;
3 to 5 years of experience in similar sales roles;
Experience in building relationships with customers at all levels of seniority including Top Management;
Knowledge of B2B technical sales;
Knowledge of E&E sector will be considered as a plus;
Fluency in English and Italian language, written and spoken;
Knowledge of additional European language will be considered a plus;
Sales acumen;
Willing to travel also internationally 50% of time;
Analytical mindset with and problem-solving attitude;
Outstanding interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
Good knowledge of Excel and CRM;
Strong proactiveness;
Self-motivated attitude;
Planning and project management skills.
