Role Overview: We are looking for a Sales Account B2B to strengthen our Commercial Network in the Triveneto area. The candidate will be responsible for the commercial development of the assigned area, offering clients (companies) services for debt recovery and financial management.
Responsibilities: Manage the assigned client portfolio across the designated territory.Develop and optimize the client portfolio by managing relationships with all stakeholders.Conduct market analysis and study competitors.Periodically visit clients in the territory to ensure quality and reliability.Requirements: Goal-oriented.Excellent relational and negotiation skills.Basic economic/financial skills and familiarity with data, analysis, Excel/Access tables, and PowerPoint presentations.Good listening skills to analyze client needs and propose suitable solutions.Previous experience in the service market directed at SMEs.We Offer: Permanent employment contract directly with the company.Salary commensurate with seniority level, with a variable component based on quarterly targets.Company car for mixed use, PC, and mobile phone.Support in lead generation through a CRM platform.Gi Group Holding is the leading Italian multinational in the labor market and one of the main providers of HR services and consulting globally.
