Safety Specialist

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
**_Safety specialist_**
Reporting to EHS Manager/RSPP, the EHS Specialist will support to ensure safety performance in line with team and functional goals.
The successful person will be in charge of risk management and of keeping safety and environmental standards for the Company Depot as EHS specialist.
**_Tasks_**
- Undertaking risk assessment with follow up control measures to completion;
- Preparing and updating EHS system documentation (DVR, DUVRI, specific risk assessment, emergency plan, procedures, OPL, SOP);
- Monitoring facilities, keeping high focus on compliance with CNHi safety procedures;
- Investigate and update internal records regarding incidents, near misses and unsafe act or unsafe condition;
- Preparing EHS reports and KPI management;
- Supporting implementation of EHS programs also to ensure compliance to local and EU regulation;
- Arrange and conduct surveys and audit in the safety, processes and on employee behaviors.
**_Requirements_**
- Degree (or equivalent) in engineering or safety disciplines;
- Fluent in Italian (Spoken and written);
- English B1/B2;
- Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Organizational and analytical skills.
