About the role Team.blue is looking for a commercially oriented SaaS Pricing and Packaging Specialist to drive the our product pricing and subscription packaging strategy.
You will conduct high-impact projects across a wide range of SaaS companies, and help provide group-wide visibility on price performance.
This role will report to the head of commercial service centre but will naturally involve working closely with senior leaders across a broad range of functions, as well as creating relationships with the commercial teams of the different brands.
You will need to be both a strategic thinker & an analytical player, with excellent communication and project management skills.
Key responsibilities Lead and implement competitive, value-based, B2B SaaS product subscription pricing & packaging propositions, working closely with the relevant stakeholders within the group.
Identify product pricing and packaging opportunities across our portfolio of SaaS brands taking into account market trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs.
Define potential impact, outcome and risk of pricing initiatives.
Work with local teams to make sure the project is implemented according to defined roadmap.
Provide regular reports and insights on pricing performance to leadership team and raise any risk, concerns or highlights.
Build and manage the infrastructure and processes to scale the pricing capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have Bachelor's degree from top university, with a strong academic background.
MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in designing and implementing pricing strategies in a B2B software environment.
Consulting experience is a plus.
Experience in SaaS pricing and subscription.
Ability to build clear value based customer pricing propositions.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Comfortable working with diverse and complex data sources.
Advanced excel skills.
Autonomous and willing to do hands-on work.
Excellent project management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work at pace and under the pressure associated with fast growing SaaS companies.
