Job Summary: We are seeking a Ruminant Technical Manager with a strong background in animal nutrition, who is passionate about advancing the ruminant industry. This role involves a mix of technical expertise, strategic sales approaches, and exceptional customer service, catering to both our B2B and B2C segments. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving our growth and maintaining our reputation for excellence in Italy.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement technical strategies for our ruminant products, ensuring they meet the market needs and regulatory standards in Italy. Provide expert advice and support to our B2C clients, including veterinarians and farm consultants, helping them solve complex nutritional and health-related issues in ruminants. Lead B2C initiatives, including educational campaigns, product demonstrations, and technical support for end users to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. Collaborate with the R&D and Marketing teams to inform product development and promotional strategies based on market trends and customer feedback. Conduct training sessions and workshops for both staff and clients to ensure a deep understanding of our product benefits and usage. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars, enhancing our brand presence and establishing strong professional networks in the Italian market. Requirements: Degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, or related field, with a strong emphasis on ruminant nutrition and health. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with proven expertise in the ruminant sector. Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English, capable of engaging effectively with diverse audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
