About the Role For our plant in Lucca (Porcari), we are looking for an Operations Leader. You will have 3 direct reports ( Line Leaders) and related staff (totally about 70 people) and you will be responsible for the entire manufacturing setup (5M's perspective in production area), reporting directly to the Operations Manager.The Lucca2 site, part of Essity PLD, employs about 150 people with a 6-line roll converting department (Toilet paper, kitchen paper and industrial rolls) and a product storage warehouse.We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace.
