Position: RSPP & HSE Manager Responsibilities: Responsible for the prevention and protection service (D.Lgs 81/08 art. 32). In charge of activities such as DVR updates, employee health surveillance management, workplace definition, DUVRI Management, etc. Developing procedures for Environment, Health, and Safety management (based on EHS requirements). Ensures by auditing the best Safety level and training on HSE topics. Check and manage non-conformities relating to procedures/best practices in terms of EHS protection. Evaluates the impact of internal processes on EHS and supports the identification of improvements. Manages relations with Certification and Notified Bodies and the workers' representative for safety (RLS). Manage the implementation of safety programs, compliance plans, and initiatives. Responsible in case of emergency situations. Accountable for the investigation of incidents and property damage incidents, ensuring follow-up is done to minimize future exposure and proper records/documents are maintained. Conduct, coordinate, and track training to ensure company compliance with legislative compliance obligations. Maintain internal and external regulatory reports including but not limited to air, storm water, and surface water discharge, and act as a primary contact for all regulatory bodies in matters of inspections, permitting, reporting (Waste, Safety, Air, Water, etc.). Keep the Company updated on any safety and environmental law or regulation changes that impact the organization. Prevent potential accidents through analysis of residual risks in the Plant. Management of building maintenance and services related to buildings (cleaning, pest control, coffee area, etc.). Management of service providers (energy, water, compressed air, etc.). About You Background in Industrial/Chemical/Pharma/Engineering. Extensive knowledge of EHS regulatory standards and compliance. Experience with facilities, machinery, and equipment. Proven experience as maintenance manager or related. Extensive Knowledge of D. Lgs. 81/08 (Italian Laws). Experience with the engagement of stakeholders to understand interests and priorities. A-B-C RSPP Courses. Proficiency in English.
