**Work Experience & Education Requirements**
- Qualification: Scientific degree or technical diploma
- RSPP requirements ex art.
32 D.Lgs.
81/08, and at least 3-5 years experience in RSPP roles in manufacturing companies
- Experienced and qualified trainer under the existing legislation
- Fluenty English

**What will you be doing in this role?
**
- Identify safety measures to be taken, develop, manage and supervise improvement programs
- Coordinate the protection and prevention service of the company, in accordance with the provisions of D.Lgs.
81/2008
- Contribute to the implementation of the company's occupational accident and disease prevention policy
- Verify the implementation of the measures in the Risk Assessment Document (RRS)
- To perform the tasks identified by art.
33 of D.Lgs.
81/08
- Perform internal audits and regular site visits in all work environments for the purpose of managing health and safety risks
- Monitor and manage all deadlines related to the safety of workers, machines and plants, as far as not the competence of the Delegate of Functions
- Cooperate with the competent doctors
- Implement the provisions of Legislative Decree 81/08 and s.m.i., and all current safety regulations limited to the above-mentioned activities and prevention and protection within the internal business environment
- Adhere to the internal reporting provided by the company for the purposes of proper management of information flows
- To observe the forecasts of the Model of organization, management and control ex D. Lgs.
231/01 of the company
