Job Description: We are looking for a Robotics and Industrial Automation Engineer for multiple locations. Experience required: 5-8 Years.

Location: Pollachi (Coimbatore District), Chennai, and Manesar

Must Have Skills: Robotics, Industrial Automation, PLC Programming, and SCADA

Roles and Responsibilities: Requirement gathering for manufacturing test and process automation. Interaction with production team/customers and compile specifications for automation. Selection of automation hardware and preparation of HW & effort estimates for implementation of automation solutions. Work with team to develop and deploy automation solutions in the manufacturing line. Provide project status updates to customers/management. Handle change requests for the existing implementations to improve productivity. Manage sustenance support. Required Skills and Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in Test and Process Automation including software & hardware development. SW development experience in PLC, SCADA, HMI, etc., for test and process automation. Experience in Robot, Cobot, Vision, Motor Drives, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Nut runners, Vacuum Gripper, Leak Testers, etc. Experience in hardware selection and defining mechanical fixture requirements. Experience in implementation of automatic pick and place solutions for electronics manufacturing. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
