Providing direct patient care including administering medications monitoring vital signs and assisting in surgical interventions.
Monitoring and managing postoperative complications such as fluid and electrolyte imbalances.
Educating patients and their families on postoperative care and management of nephrologyrelated conditions.
Collaborating with surgeons nephrologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
Participating in interdisciplinary rounds and contributing to the development of patient care plans.
Documenting patient assessments interventions and outcomes accurately and comprehensively.
Ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and maintaining a safe clinical environment.

Required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a focus on surgical or nephrology nursing.
Prior experience in surgical nephrology or a related surgical specialty.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
Proficiency in assessing and managing surgical and nephrologyrelated emergencies.
Strong critical thinking and decisionmaking abilities in highpressure environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and family education.
