Location: Golisano Pediatric Specialties and Urgent Care - Naples -3361 Pine Ridge Road Naples FL 34109Department: GCHSWF Pediatric Specialists - Collier ClinicWork Type: Full TimeShift: Shift 1/8:00:00 AM to 4:30:00 PMMinimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $30.27 - $40.86 / hourSummaryThe Pediatric Specialties and Urgent Care Center is seeking an experienced RN to join their team for the Pediatric Specialties Department.Responsible for providing an excellent patient experience while delivering and documenting safe patient care through utilization of the nursing process in collaboration with the physician, practice leadership, and other care team members.
Provides oversight and coordination of nursing care delivered in the practice setting or telephonically, ensuring the care delivered is effective, efficient, and achieves desired patient outcomes.
Responsible for supporting and guiding the care team in collaboration with the practice and physician leadership based on the treatment plan, established clinical nursing practice standards subscribed to by the American Nursing Association, and in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and other regulatory standards.
Demonstrates proficient utilization of available tools and resources which support the unlicensed and licensed clinical staff including but not limited to: educating, mentoring, competency validation, and evaluating.
Contributes to the provision of quality care in the office setting through excellence in customer service and utilization of performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.
This position has the knowledge, experience, interpersonal skills, and behaviors appropriate to serve as a resource for internal and external customers regarding patient care.RequirementsEducation Requirements: Associates degree from an accredited school of professional nursing required; Bachelors preferred.Experience Requirements: Office/outpatient experience preferred.
