In the framework of Solvency II, we are currently seeking a Risk Specialist to strengthen the Group Life and P&C Underwriting Risk (UW) Unit that is accountable to:
- Analysis and monitoring of the SCR UWR results for Life and P&C businesses in the quarterly and YE evaluation process
- Guarantee the coherence with the Group risk management strategy and develop the related Group policies and guidelines
- Support the Group L&H Insurance structure in the pricing of new Health product considering impacts on risk capital
- Support the Group Reinsurance activities in the definition/monitoring of the reinsurance risk mitigation
Key responsabilities of the role will include:
- Yearly / Quartertly UW Risks SCR component for AG SpA and Group - IM perimeter
- Reinsurance impact assessments
- Health modelling (both STL and STNL techniques) under IM perimeter
- Sensitivity analsys: Field Testing, EIOPA Stress Testing, ORSA analysis
- Cross functions activities within UW Risk team
**Must have**
- Degree in Economics or Quantitative Subjects, Actuarial Science
- Knowledge of Solvency II Directive
- 5/7 years of experience in primary insurance or consultant companies in Risk Management or Actuarial activities
- Very good "MS Office" suite knowledge
- Relevant verbal written communication skills, strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- English fluency for presenting and writing
**Nice to have**
- Knowledge of one of the following: Matlab, R, SAS
- Experience on Best Estimate Liabilities and Risk Adjustment calculation under both Solvency II and IFRS17
- Ideally, have both risk management and business experience on Health products and Reinsurance
- Proven effectiveness in interacting with and reporting to senior management
- Other European foreign language such as French, German, Spanish
