Risk Manager, Trustworthy Shopping ExperienceDESCRIPTION
This role can be located in Milan, Luxembourg or Munich.
We are looking for a Risk Manager for a key customer trust feature available in Amazon stores worldwide. This feature makes it easy for shoppers to alert Amazon about issues on our product pages. The Risk Manager role involves interacting with multiple internal and external partner teams, including Program, Product, Operations, and Legal, and be the advocate for those teams in driving changes to our product.
Key job responsibilities Defining strategies and owning the delivery of multiple projects, taking ownership to monitor their progress against key milestones.Leveraging a combination of data analysis skills, critical thinking and collaboration to clarify highly ambiguous problems and present tangible solutions in an easy to understand format for leadership teams.Develop scalable mechanisms to report regular updates on projects within your ownership to key stakeholders, to ensure alignment is maintained across various WW teams.Partnering with our product team and partner teams to understand policy and process gaps, and developing solutions to close them.A day in the life Planning tasks and milestones to complete ongoing projects.Identifying root causes by obtaining/analyzing data and reviewing the current processes.Reaching out to existing and new partner teams for collaboration.Collaborating with policy, product and tech teams to implement needed changes.About the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of professional experience in program management / ops management or risk management.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Business proficiency in more than one European language.
- Experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in e-commerce/online companies in fraud/risk control functions.
- Enthusiasm to provide superb customer service to the leadership team and other key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills with a natural tendency to use data in decision-making and prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and taking the lead to problem solve.
