Role Description: As part of the consulting team, the Risk Management PMO will: Measure, monitor and report the Non-Financial Risks for all banking activities and processes, including the outsourcing, information, fraud, personal and physical risks. Support business in the identification and assessment of Non-Financial Risks, monitoring and challenging the first line of defense. Second line monitoring as part of the ERM framework (SOx, KCT, KRI, etc.). Event reporting and supervision on incident management process. Support the preparation of the Non-Financial Risk Committee and Non-Financial Risk Dashboard. Manage a remediation process, following guidelines and standards, with the necessary tool and technology to address management governance oversight and control of the contract remediation process. Skills and Experience: To qualify for the role you must have: Bachelor's degree in economics or engineering. 2 years of experience in a similar role in consulting societies. Knowledge of Dora, Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills. Why join Capco?
