No Offer Description The research grant winner, based on the results of international research, will identify protective and promoting factors related to Psychological Well-being along with risk factors for University students' discomfort. Actions to reduce and contrast discrimination, harassment, and violence concerning gender identity, sexual orientation, and violence against women will be developed through action-research. Special attention will be given to developing strategies to promote bystander intervention, pro-social behaviour, and psychological well-being. The practical implication will be the development of guidelines for promoting academic well-being and reducing discrimination in an academic context.
