RINA is currently recruiting for a Rina Consulting S.p.A Integration & Planning Manager to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Consulting Planning, Monitoring & Business Support Division.
MissionRINA is looking for someone to join our Planning Monitoring & Business Support department.
Key AccountabilitiesCooperating to develop and implement the strategic plan.Supporting the definition of the general guidelines for business operations in relation to the strategy of the business unit.Planning & integration of goals and metrics pertaining to commercial, operative, quality, technical, and financial objectives (revenues, margins, cash flow, credit collection, resources).Integration and problem-solving for closing gaps between performance and goals.Motivating and coaching the Operating Units to a high-performance economic/financial mindset.Leading and promoting efficiency and optimization of the Operating Units in terms of revenues, margins, internal & external costs, invoicing, cash flow, credit collection.Ensuring the effectiveness of all internal and external processes and cost efficiency.Leading and supporting the operational units in carrying out the sales & project management process and procurement process.Analyzing operational figures and key performance indicators to identify business or administrative issues, identifying the root causes and implementing corrective actions.Supervising back office activities (e.g., contract management, invoicing, credit collection).Facilitating collaboration with Global Functions in order to carry out Operations smoothly.Collaborating with RINA Operating Units and ensuring management support if needed.Ensuring customers are cared for with high standards of quality and efficiency of services.EducationMaster's Degree in Management Engineering or Economics.
