RINA is currently recruiting for a RINA Consulting Business Analyst to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Consulting Planning, Monitoring & Business Support Division.
MissionAs a Business Analyst at RINA Consulting S.p.A, the selected candidate will work on different strategic initiatives, supporting the success and efficiency of our operations.
Key AccountabilitiesStrategic Development: Shape and implement strategic plans to drive business success.Goal Integration: Support the planning and integration of goals and metrics for commercial, operational, quality, technical, and financial objectives.Performance Enhancement: Support in the identification and resolution of performance gaps to achieve business targets.Operational Efficiency: Support initiatives to optimize revenues, margins, costs, invoicing, and cash flow.Sales & Project Management: Support operational units in executing sales, project management, and procurement processes.Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify issues, their root causes, and implement corrective actions.Back Office Supervision: Oversee contract management, invoicing, and credit collection activities.Global Collaboration: Facilitate smooth operations through collaboration with Global Functions.EducationMaster's Degree in Management Engineering or Economics
